1    IDENTIFICATION OF THE DATA CONTROLLER.

MASPinvesting Developer (hereinafter, the Data Controller) is the entity responsible for processing the data provided by the clients of the BitQus Application (hereinafter, the User(s).

​

   2    PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING.

​

To register, access, and subsequently use the Application, the User must voluntarily provide personal data (essentially identification and contact information), which will be incorporated into automated media owned by MASPinvesting Developer.

​

The collection, storage, modification, structuring and, where appropriate, deletion of the data provided by Users shall constitute processing operations carried out by the Controller, with the purpose of ensuring the correct functioning of the Application, maintaining the service provision and/or commercial relationship with the User, and for the management, administration, information, provision and improvement of the service.

​

The personal data provided by the User, especially email, may also be used to send newsletters, as well as commercial communications regarding promotions and/or advertising for the Application, provided that the User has previously given their express consent to receive these communications electronically.

   3    LEGITIMATION.

 

The processing of the User's data is carried out on the following legal bases that legitimize it:

• The request for information and/or the contracting of the Application's services, the terms and conditions of which will be made available to the User in all cases, in advance, for their express acceptance.

​

• The free, specific, informed and unequivocal consent of the User, making this privacy policy available to him/her, which he/she must accept through a declaration or a clear affirmative action, such as checking a box provided for this purpose.

​

If the User does not provide their data, or does so in an erroneous or incomplete manner, it will not be possible to continue using the Application.

​

   4    CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA.

​

The personal data provided by the User will be retained in the Data Controller's systems and databases as long as the User continues to use the Application and unless the User requests its deletion.

​

In order to determine any potential liabilities arising from processing, the data will be retained for a minimum period of five years.

​

   5    RECIPIENTS.

​

The data will not be communicated to any third party, except where legally required or in any case, upon request for the User's consent.

​

Furthermore, BitQus may provide access to or transmit the personal data provided by the User to third-party service providers with whom it has entered into data processing agreements, and who may access said information solely to provide a service for and on behalf of the Controller.

   6    INFORMATION COLLECTION.

 

Images and videos entered by the user are sent to the server https://imgs1.e-droid.net - wixsite.com and others in order to be retrieved later by the user himself, and so that the app can offer the functionalities.
